ArtisanFlows is production-management software for craft food makers. For the production data you enter, you are the data controller and ArtisanFlows acts as your data processor. Contact: hello@artisanflows.com.

• Account details from sign-up (name, email) via our auth provider.
• Your organization's production data: ingredients, recipes, batches, tempering records, finished goods, and related logs.
• Basic technical/usage data needed to run and secure the service.

We process core production data to perform our contract with you (providing the service). Optional product analytics rely on legitimate interest and can be opted out of. We do not sell your data, and we never use your recipe data for any purpose other than providing the service.

Recipe formulations are trade secrets. ArtisanFlows will never share or sell them, and will never train AI models on your recipe data without your explicit opt-in consent.

Your database and files are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We use the following sub-processors:

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or erase your data, and object to certain processing. In the app:

• Access & portability: download all your data as JSON from Settings.
• Rectification: your data is editable throughout the app.
• Erasure: delete your account from Settings — a 30-day recovery window applies, after which data is permanently removed.

We use essential cookies required to sign you in and run the app. Non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) are only set with your consent via the cookie banner.
