ArtisanFlows provides production management and record-keeping tools for craft food makers. By using it you agree to these terms.

ArtisanFlows is a production management and record-keeping tool. Outputs — including yield calculations, fat-content estimates, temperature recommendations, expiry suggestions, and scheduling — are informational only and do not constitute food-safety, regulatory, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for all production decisions, food-safety compliance, and regulatory adherence.

You own all data you put into ArtisanFlows. We never share, sell, or use your recipe data for any purpose other than providing the service. You can export and delete all your data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access other organizations' data, or reverse-engineer it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtisanFlows's liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
